Which is better to use, B or V?

In the 2001 and 2010 neocasteyano, I chose B instead of V for the sound in words like visita, barco, but I am considering that it might be better to use V for the following reasons.

V is written faster; it is easier to write V or v than B or b.

There is a greater similarity with Japanese and English words if V is used instead of B, which would make learning neocasteyano easier for English and Japanese speakers, and it would not affect Spanish speakers.

Therefore, for Neocasteyano 2010-JAP I will use V.
